My sessions offer a mixture of nutritional therapy (education) and coaching (behavioural change) so you will feel armed with the facts and empowered to make the right choices for you.

You are unique, so each session is designed around you and what you need.  We will work to establish your goals, and I will guide and support you in order to see you thrive and become the best version of yourself.  What we eat, how we think and how we feel are interwoven. We can’t have one without the other.
